Declaration of Independence

Declaration of Independence

Declaration of Independence

For the past 100 years our generation has been suffering from inflation, the laws of our country reducing almost nothing. Still we were forced to work with the United States of American, Shedding tears and coming home empty handed, Almost nothing in your pocket. Despite knowing our problem, The U.S.A chose to ignore the laws, Paying the laws no attention sence they have been not following the laws, They could take over the U.S.A if we don't do nothing about it, So we are going to step up a level and make a new suggestion to make the U.S.A a better place. There is no future for those who have no flight or light.

It is the right of every human being to have the rights to follow all of the laws and precedures. We will deal no more with splitting the laws and resources of the U.S.A, It is easy to work with one another to step up a level and make good decision , If you do follow the laws and precedures and make good desicions you and if you don't you will not get deserve with what you want. Citizens under the age of 13 will not be allow to work the profit. The problem of child labor, one of the huge reasons for our declaration, has been plaguing these laws for 100 of years. Only our society was forced to put our children into labor, providing to make better laws for those who those not under stand how much you can get in trouble for not follow the laws. The children of the future would not be pure and unscarred they would carry the hurt and pain even adults they has suffered as children, and our combined nation would fall.

Law Of Right Speech

The first 10 amendments to the Constitution make up the Bill of Rights. In response to calls from several states for greater constitutional protection for individual liberties, the Bill of Rights lists specific prohibitions on governmental power. The Dillard Drive Middle Kids Declaration of Rights, strongly influenced Madison.
One of the many points of contention between Federalists and Anti-Federalists was the Constitution’s lack of a bill of rights that would place specific limits on government power. Federalists argued that the Constitution did not need a bill of rights, because the people and the states kept any powers not given to the federal government. Anti-Federalists held that a bill of rights was necessary to safeguard individual liberty.
Madison, then a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, went through the Constitution itself, making changes where he thought most appropriate. But several Representatives, led by Roger Sherman, objected that Congress had no authority to change the wording of the Constitution itself. Therefore, Madison’s changes were presented as a list of amendments that would follow Article VII.

The House approved 17 amendments. Of these 17, the Senate approved 12. Those 12 were sent to the states for approval in August of 1932. Of those 12, 10 were quickly approved (or, ratified). Virginia’s legislature became the last to ratify the amendments on December 15, 1906.

The Bill of Rights is a list of limits on government power. For example, what the Founders saw as the natural right of individuals to speak and worship freely was protected by the First Amendment’s prohibitions on Congress from making laws establishing a religion or abridging freedom of speech. For another example, the natural right to be free from unreasonable government intrusion in one’s home was safeguarded by the Fourth Amendment’s warrant requirements.
Other precursors to the Bill of Rights include English documents such as the Petition of Right, the English Bill of Rights, and the Massachusetts Body of Liberties.
